Electric Cafe Racer is the second version of electric motorcycle build we wrote about a year ago HERE. RCE Power is a company in Taiwan run by an older version of Bruno that we all love. RCE ( Reduce Carbon Energy Develop Co. ) CEO Michael is the companies chief and innovator with a passion for motorcycles and batteries.
RCE power creates mainly super-car electric starter batteries ( A123 based ) with a dedicated mobile app, rectifiers, supercapacitors etc.. In 2014.
Pagani made it clear that Huayra BC will also equip RCE LiFePO4 as a starter battery. RCE signed an agreement to be exclusive battery supplier for Pagani in period from 2014.-2017. RCE power has been seen on shows in Frankfurt and other car shows across the world.

The first version of this electric cafe racer got all the attention thanks to all the work Michael has put into this project. He created the hub motor, battery, design and engineered the whole thing. He also helped students understand the principals of electric vehicles by showing them his creation. After all that he continued to develop and upgrade the design of an existing vehicle. He turned it eventually in this:

Let us remind you: This bike has speed up to 130 Kph, long range and state of art CNC aluminum, carbon fiber frame.
This electric cafe racer has 13 inch wheels, and it is a bit small. Then again, in the world where City Slicker is taking over USA motorcycle customers as well as Chinese ones with very low specs and price, there could be many who would consider this bike as much more power friendly alternative version for higher price of course. The production of the bike should start this year and that is all we know. No price yet.
