Liquid cooled modular battery packs

Specially designed for powering high-performance drive systems, our battery packs feature a fully liquid-submerged cooling system for greatly improved temperature control, producing conditions for continuous high-power output and increased overall efficiency, while the self-extinguishing formula reduces at fire risk. Battery lifespan and lifespan predictability are also significantly extended. XING Mobility’s unique building-block design modularizes to meet varied size and shape needs, minimizing time and costs associated with incorporation, install and delivery. A robust casing design eliminates the need for custom battery enclosures. Designed to accommodate a large range of Li-ion 18650 cell types to match vehicle usage and user priorities

Torque vectoring gearbox

XING Mobility’s Torque Vectoring gearbox developed specifically for electric drive trains, and custom-designed to partner extremely high-performance motors in vehicles running with one motor per wheel. The torque vectoring capabilities of the gearbox enhance control and traction by transmitting torque independently between wheels, greatly improving handling, maximizing grip and reducing slippage. The system complements and improves the effectiveness of existing safety and stability control systems (ESC) in a wider range of driving scenarios, road conditions, and gradients. Single-speed gear ensures reliability and minimizes weight and the gearbox can be used in non-vehicle applications such as lifting and construction

EV POWER / drive kit

The sophisticated plug-and-play drive system, unique to XING Mobility, designed to power electric vehicles. A pre-configured throttle and motor set-up and an incredibly simple, the easy-to-integrate design enable manufacturers or startups to effortlessly deploy electric motion in a wide range of prototypes and low production vehicles. Enclosed in a water-proof, dust-proof casing, the system is designed for high reliability with very low maintenance. Ability to apply independent control of 1, 2, 3, or 4 wheels and motors, and to choose from a variety of sizes based on vehicle needs. The pack is inclusive of VESC control unit, battery, contractor, fuses, wiring harness, (with an option of adding XING Mobility-recommended motors and driver controls).

Xing mobility special damping system

A semi-active suspension system using a revolutionary magnetorheological (MR) valve designed specifically for increasing safety, control and driving experience for a far wider range of road conditions, speeds and loads. Operating one control per wheel, the damper’s electromagnet fluid stiffens and relaxes (at up to 1000 adjustments per second) based on force, piston position and fluid temperature to accommodate user’s required stability, shock absorption, and steering needs. XING Mobility’s system executes extremely fast and precise damping responses, is capable of real-time (closed-loop) reactions with the help of sensors and is deliberately simple in its design to maximize ease of integration, install and maintenance for our users.
