Carbon lab guys are building highest quality Carbon electric bike, same as they did on their previous bespoke builds. Their newest electric bike is full suspension ebike built for DH with high quality mtb parts. This beauty is still in development, and we are happy to share this awesome prototype photos

Carbon electric bike frame

Complicated linkage on rear suspension reminds us of big brand names like Norco, GT Fury, and other DH bikes. If we didn’t know better or haven’t seen the build process, we wouldn’t believe this came out of a rather small Carbon Lab company located in Russia

Carbon electric bike assembled

Electric bikes can be customized according to customers wishes, they can be fitted with motors from 350 watt – 6kw. Battery space is 48v 20ah and we think it’s inside the downtube of the frame. It seems to be according to the photos still in development. Right now this electric bike has Bafang mid-drive motor inside. Speed specs are as any Bafang bike: up to 40 – 50 km /h

Charge – Cruiser Type Carbon Electric bike

This Cruiser bike has hub motor at the back, fat looking dropouts and James Bond look while preserving its Bicycle look. Batteries are fitted inside the “tank” and controller in front of the pedals. Carbon belt drive system fits this bike perfectly.
