Haibike Model Year 2019: FLYON – Haibike ePerformance System
Haibike had awesome 2018 with their models that flooded the ebike market. This is what ebike company is bringing in 2019! The battery is located in the downtube, and that is the first thing you notice compared to 2018 models. The new FLYON eperformance system is based on TQ motors. We are happy that Haibike has its own new ebike drive solution, and not another Bosch powered bike!

The latest from Haibike is the TQ engine with 120Nm torque and a battery capacity of 630Wh (48V). The integrated battery can be taken out and charged externally. The battery is charged with a 10Ah charger and is fully charged within an hour! The lighting system in the headlamp brings 5000 lumens and is StVZO approved. Daytime running lights, low beam, and high beam are controlled via the operating unit.The taillights are located in the dropouts left and right.
On crankset 38 mm chainring is installed and in the trekking bike area a 42 mm chainring. There are 5 driving modes available. The speed sensor now sits on the chainstay and gets 18 signals. This speaks for a better response in switchbacks and off-road. The display is very e asy to read in every respect as an anti-reflection lens was installed.
